Purpose and responsible party
This is the company website of SYLVX TECHNOLOGIES LTDA, CNPJ 30.817.088/0001-08. It presents the company's work, the products and services of the Neurapify ecosystem and Vorthane's AI and security research.
The site offers no purchases, payments or account creation. Company contact is via [email protected]. These terms cover browsing and the content of this site; contracted services and apps have their own terms.
Products, services and availability
Some of the apps, tools and operating plans presented are still being built or defined. Their presentation describes the company's direction of work and does not set a launch date. The text in each area explains the context of the project.
If you are interested in a service, scope, price, deliverables, timelines and responsibilities must be defined in the proposal and the corresponding agreement. Sufficiently precise information and offers remain subject to applicable law, including consumer protection rules.
The content of this site is for information only. It is not technical, legal or financial advice and does not replace an assessment of your specific case.
Demonstration studies
Casa Pátio is a visual architecture study. The Studio campaign and the AI simulation use this context to show possible applications. They are demonstrations, not linked to buildings, client projects or commercial results.
The AI simulation is not connected to a model and does not process visitor requests. Study images and the scenes presenting the apps are illustrative; they do not document launched products or completed projects.
Use of the site and materials
You may browse the site, share links and contact the company. Use must respect the law and the rights of others. You may not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its visual identity to impersonate SYLVX.
Trademarks, text, images and other materials belong to SYLVX or their respective owners and are used in accordance with applicable rights. Browsing does not transfer intellectual property rights. Any reuse must respect the materials' licences, the necessary permissions and the exceptions provided by law.
Links and availability
Links may lead to sites and services with their own content, terms of use and privacy practices. Check the address and information of the destination before sending data or purchasing a service.
The site may undergo maintenance and updates. SYLVX does not promise uninterrupted availability or a complete absence of faults. This does not exclude responsibilities or guarantees that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, SYLVX is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site, such as interruptions, loss of visitor data or decisions based solely on the content presented. This limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct, gross negligence or cases where the law prohibits excluding liability.

Law, contact and changes
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of other jurisdictions where applicable. They do not limit access to the competent authorities or require any waiver of consumer rights.
Disputes are settled in the courts where SYLVX has its registered office, unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live, as is the case for consumers in Brazil and the European Union. Before taking any action, we suggest trying to resolve the matter directly through the contact email.
If any clause is held invalid in a given country, the others remain in force. Not exercising a right under these terms does not mean waiving it. If translations differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
